I had tasted it at my neighbours place and then I tried it myself :) Very delicious
- Tender coconut water - 1 no
- Tender coconut pulp- cut in small pieces
- Sugar - 80 gms
- condensed milk - 300 ml
- Gelatine - 10 gms
- Rose essence - 2 drops
- Mix sugar,condensed milk,rose essence and keep aside.
- Dissolve the gelatin in half a cup of coconut water over a pan of hot water.
- Add tender coconut mix to the above mix and heat it in a pan for a while till it gets to custard consistency.
- Pour it in a mould and refrigerate it.
- While serving, add strawberry,cherry and coconut pulp shredded.
